How Does It Work?

Order the writing service/package applicable to your background from the Pricing and Orders page, where a Price and Description are displayed.

At this point follow the Paypal prompts to order and pay online which are designed to be as simple, and rapid as possible. At checkout, your email address is required. You are then ready for a final order.

At this point, you need to email your existing resume, last cover letter, and position description or link to an online job advertisement (if applicable), as part of your final order.

Payment will be by PayPal or Stripe. If you wish to use another payment option, please contact us at impressiveresumes@gmail.com. Please note: Credit card details are not provided to Impressive Resumes as these are accessed only through the security of the PayPal/Stripe credit card payment gateway. An email confirming payment will automatically be emailed to you once your order and payment have been successfully processed.

Your order will be confirmed as soon as possible by our assistants, usually within 24 hours at least, with most orders confirmed within an hour or two at the most. At this point, the data collection process will commence.

We’ll then thoroughly evaluate your resume and position description and ask additional questions as necessary, including thorough questioning to gain essential information needed to prepare documents of the highest possible standards. This information-gathering process is key to the success of the project.

Please note, that the quality of your new documents depends heavily upon the information provided to us. This is a collaborative process, and if you do not believe you have the time to provide this information and be an integral part of the process, unfortunately, our services may not be for you.

Your resume will be skillfully drafted, reviewed and a first draft emailed to you. Please note, that our usual turnaround time is two working days – turnaround times commence upon receipt of all required information, and turnaround times are not based upon the date of order.

Once the draft is approved, you will be sent the final and impressive version of your brand new resume.
